Equipment and vehicles are tracked by location, status, condition and service history with QR / barcode labels, and consumables such as bandages, batteries or rations are tracked by quantity, batch and expiry date with automatic low-stock alerts. Every issue, return and disposal is recorded, and handovers produce a signed PDF agreement.
